Bodywork
Brian has been practicing bodywork for many years. He has
completed a 3-year masters level program in Biodynamic Craniosacral,
and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Transpersonal Psychology
from Prescott College. He graduated from ASIS Massage School
in Cottonwood, AZ, where he also became certified in Thai
massage.
For seven years, Brian has been thoroughly studying the effects
of trauma on the mind and body and has had much success assisting
clients to resolve the effects of trauma from abuse, accidents,
and sudden life changes.

Brian is currently completing
a Ph.D. in Somatic Psychology from the Santa Barbara Graduate
Institute for his work in creating the Four-Step Healing System.
Sessions are either 11/2 or 3 hours long. Doing longer sessions
creates the time and space for integration to occur.
It takes most people almost an hour to deeply relax their
nervous system. Once that is achieved, there is plenty
of time to stay in a relaxed state and gain the clarity and
healing that it provides for the mind and body.

Biodynamic Craniosacral
Is a non-cathartic, gentle touch therapy to alleviate stress
and trauma from one’s nervous system.
When the nervous system comes into a deep state of relaxation,
the mind slows down and greater mental clarity is achieved
and the body can come back into a relationship with the health
that is always present, but becomes suppressed when too much
stress or injury is present. It works with many types
of head, neck, spinal or sacral injuries, TMJ, nervous system
disorders, circulation problems, or any type of emotional,
mental, or physical stress or overwhelm. Sessions can
be either 90 minutes or three hours. Some sessions can
have somatic or archetypal dialoguing.

Deep Tissue / Thai Massage
This work is done on a regular massage table and incorporates
the best of deep tissue, sports massage, and Thai massage
with strong and sensitive hands. It is an engaging massage
session, which is great for sore or tired muscles. The
session combines both assisting stretching and deep massage
at the same time. This can better expose certain muscles,
or it can assist in stretching and using muscles that are
not normally exercised. A session will cover almost
every muscle in the body. This is a great session for
athletes or people who enjoy yoga. This massage is both
therapeutic and enjoyable. Sessions usually last 90
minutes.
Combination Biodynamic Craniosacral
and Deep Tissue/Thai
This is an integrative session with both Craniosacral and
Deep Tissue/Thai Massage. This session will both take
stress out of the nervous system and the muscular system.
These sessions usually last three hours.

Trauma Recovery
For seven years, Brian has been thoroughly studying the
effects of trauma on the mind and body and has had much success
assisting clients to resolve the effects of trauma from abuse,
accidents, and sudden life changes. He assists clients
with the emotional aspects of accepting new changes in life.
Brian is able to do physical body work to assist in recovery.
Finally, Brian will, at times, explore the relationship of
trust one has with their life and sense of their creator.
He has many skills in being able to hold a strong space
with no agendas, while keeping a state of loving compassion
for his client. He is excellent with slowing down a
process, while not suppressing the experience. This
creates a better chance to regain ones center, which is what
was missing during the moment of the original trauma.
